Job Description
About the Company Tesla Laboratories is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing Cyber Security, Intelligence Analysis, Financial Management, Facilities Engineering Services, and Program Management support to the Intelligence Community (IC), the Department of Defense (DoD), and other federal government customers. Job Description The contractor shall perform duties serving as a mils and advisor to the Project Manager (PM) directly supporting and reporting to the Director of Operation. The contractor shall provide direction, assistance, and support for all operations and activities under the authority of the PM. The contractor shall provide detailed planning related to projects, managed organizational taskers, and review tasker response artifacts for completeness and quality. For acquisition related artifacts, the contractor shall review materials, identify any non-compliance with IAW DOD 5000.1 and 5000.2 and other related DOD/Army guidance, and report non-compliances. The contractor shall coordinate a wide variety of projects and taskings relating acquisition programs to the different functions in the life cycle phases to include but not limited to planning, developing, testing, contracting, producing, providing acquisition logistics support, and disposing of a given weapon system. Taskings and projects are received from various sources to include higher authority through the subordination acquisition organizations, project and program management offices, HQ, AMC, ASA (ALT), and DOD agencies. The contractor shall communicate and coordinate with other related Product Managers, Project Managers, Marine Corps Program Manager Liaisons, other government agencies, as well as users, and contractors in support of the PM in Warren, Michigan, Picatinny, New Jersey, and Ft. Knox, Kentucky, and higher-level staff organizations in TACOM, HQ, AMC and ASA (ALT).
