Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication abilities.
Experience with CI tools such as value stream mapping, Kaizen, 5S, DMAIC, and PDCA.Proficiency in data analysis and project management software.

Education/Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process engineering.Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
