Class A Gaming Licensure Driver's License:
No Driver's License required.
Rate of Pay:
$15.00 to $15.55 High School Diploma or GED is required. Experience working within a customer service role is preferred. Demonstrated positive customer service, communication and listening skills. Skill in data entry Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing is required. Ability to work independently and establish priorities is required. Attention to detail and accuracy is required. Ability to obtain a gaming identification badge to work in and around Casino property and facilities. Ability to establish professional and harmonious working relationships on all projects and with all parties involved. Must attend all mandatory department training. Must attend all required Title 31 and/or SAR training. Ensures confidentiality of financial records and all records for employees, band members and/or clients. Subject to drug and alcohol testing in accordance with the Fond du Lac Reservation's Personnel Policies. Some travel may be required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Sedentary work with walking and standing required. Subject to inside environmental conditions, including work in a smoking environment. Lifting, bending and carrying up to 25 pounds, standing and or sitting for long periods of time. Provide friendly and professional assistance to casino players, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist players with signing up for the Épique Rewards program and explain benefits clearly. Foster positive relationships with players to ensure a welcoming and engaging experience. Accurately enter and update player information into the casino's database. Ensure all player details are correct and up-to-date, maintaining the integrity of the data. Inform players about ongoing promotions and special offers to encourage engagement. Effectively communicate with players via phone, email, or in-person to provide updates on their rewards status and upcoming offers. Work closely with other casino departments to ensure smooth operations and player satisfaction. Provide feedback to management on program effectiveness and opportunities for improvement
