• Job Profile Summary The Manager, Business Consultant supports process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the organization.

This role applies Lean Six Sigma methodologies, facilitates improvement events, and partners with stakeholders to analyze, redesign, and enhance business processes. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with experience in process mapping, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Required Qualifications
• + Lean Six Sigma Certification + Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (required) + Demonstrated hands-on application of Lean / Six Sigma tools to support process improvement initiatives + Process Improvement & Mapping + Experience supporting or leading process improvement efforts within a business or operational function + Proficiency in process mapping (e.

00 - $159,120.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
