Quality and Process Control Manager Posted on May 29, 2025 May 29, 2025 by JMJ Phillip We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Quality and Process Control Manager to lead and oversee quality systems and process control initiatives related to vinyl siding production. This role plays a critical part in maintaining high production standards by minimizing process variation, developing preventive measures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall operational performance. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned quality/process engineering professional with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation in manufacturing. Position Responsibilities Quality Systems & Standards Lead the development and implementation of quality systems to ensure compliance with product standards Oversee process and product validation to confirm outputs meet required specifications Maintain a strong focus on process standardization to reduce variation and drive consistency Process Engineering Management Manage the Process Engineering function for the facility, aligning strategies with operational goals Collaborate with site leadership and engineering teams to improve process controls and ensure efficiency Lead sustained improvements for both new and existing products, including documentation and training Cross-functional Collaboration Work with Manufacturing, R D, Engineering, and Product Management to support business objectives Support site operations in resolving technical issues and establishing control and reaction protocols for operators Assist with planning and execution of experiments to optimize production processes Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, analyze, and prioritize data to identify improvement opportunities Present findings and recommendations to leadership teams and R D for decision-making Identify and drive cost reduction initiatives Continuous Improvement Stay informed on latest developments in materials, processes, and quality systems Apply innovative solutions to enhance product quality and process performance Prerequisites Minimum of 10 years of Quality or Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing setting Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field required Strong understanding of quality principles, systems, tools, and techniques Exceptional technical writing and verbal communication skills Proven leadership capabilities and a results-driven mindset Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Six Sigma Green Belt What the Role Offers Competitive base salary: $120,000 - $150,000 23% permanent placement fee Access to a comprehensive and flexible Total Rewards Program Excellent healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision, and prescription) Family-friendly benefits including paid parental leave and paid time off Robust financial benefits: 401(k), retirement plans, employee stock purchase options Tuition reimbursement to support continuing education Pet insurance options and wellness rewards through LiveWell Recognition programs and exclusive employee discount platform (PerkSpot) Why North Holly Springs?
