  • Drive Enterprise Quality & Operational Excellence Join Day & Zimmermann as the Sr.
Manager, Corrective Action Program & Continuous Improvement and lead enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance quality, performance, and operational excellence across complex EPC and construction projects. In this role, you will build and sustain a strong quality culture, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards while implementing scalable corrective action programs. You'll leverage expertise in
NQA-1, ISO
9001, and related frameworks to deliver measurable improvements across highly regulated environments, including nuclear, energy, and large-scale infrastructure. As the Sr. Manager, Corrective Action Program & Continuous Improvement, here is the work you'll do: Establish and lead a high-impact Corrective Action Program (CAP) to proactively manage risk, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the enterprise. Drive the timely identification, documentation, evaluation, and resolution of conditions adverse to quality. Develop and implement CAP performance metrics; deliver actionable insights to executive leadership to improve organizational performance and accountability. Ensure high-quality root cause analysis and effectiveness reviews that result in sustainable corrective actions and measurable risk reduction. Build and optimize processes, tools, and infrastructure that enable teams to execute and sustain continuous improvement initiatives. Promote a culture of quality, safety, and operational excellence across all levels of the organization. This role is for you if you have these skills: Strong strategic thinking with a systems-level perspective Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to influence and drive change across all organizational levels Deep knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies (5 Whys, Fishbone, TapRooT, Kepner-Tregoe, etc.) Expertise in NQA-1 and
ISO 9001
standards and implementation High level of integrity and commitment to quality and safety Results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes And if you have these qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Quality, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 7+ years of experience in quality assurance, corrective action programs, or continuous improvement within EPC, construction, nuclear, or other regulated industries 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-level programs 2+ years of experience supporting or leading audits (internal, external, or regulatory) Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence certification preferred Candidates may be required to satisfy additional job-related requirements, including those established and controlled by third parties, as part of the selection process. In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $136,480
  • $204,720 .
