Curtis Lane Equipment is an authorized Bobcat® dealer serving Delaware, Virginia, and North Carolina with 10 full-service locations. We offer sales, rental, parts, and service of all Bobcat machines. We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to work with our sales staff, service departments, and customers to ensure equipment is ready for delivery. Excellent communication skills required with sales team to assist them in providing our customer the best retail sales experience possible. Performs the purchasing, receiving, and invoicing for Bobcat products and services. Prepare all paperwork associated with the sales process, including but not limited to: warranty statements, delivery records, sales invoices, etc. Processes purchase orders, including tracking, coding and submitting invoices for payment. Obtain Bobcat warranty quotes as needed. Coordinate with yard and transport departments to schedule deliver of machines. Acts as a centralized point of contact for purchases on behalf of the Sales Department. Creates, updates, and maintains corporate sales spreadsheets. Prepare and distribute various sales department reports as needed. Perform other related administrative dues assigned by management.Curtis Lane Equipment benefits include:

Construction equipment experience necessary. Self-starter and capable of working with minimal direct supervision. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer skills and proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. Personable and able to work in a team environment.Physical/Sensory Needs:
May lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs at a time frequently, using assistance as needed. Requires walking, climbing stairs/ladders, bending, crouching, crawling, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, using required safety measures. Uses keyboards, monitors, and computers, phones, copy machines and other business equipment as well as tools/machinery requiring vision, listening, mathematical aptitude also hand/eye coordination and finger hand dexterity as well as use of legs, feet, arms, hands, fingers in operating machinery. Driving vehicles may be required at times. Must be able to work indoors, standing for up to 100% of work schedule and may also require outdoors in varying weather conditions up to 30% of work schedule.Similar remote jobs
