Their leadership team empowers managers to make decisions, drive change, and create measurable impact across the operation. Job Description Lead and manage the metal manufacturing value stream to meet production and quality objectives. Monitor key performance indicators to ensure efficiency and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and resource allocation. Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity. Oversee team performance and provide coaching to ensure continuous development. Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery timelines. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process. Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions. The Successful Applicant A successful Continuous Improvement Lead should have: 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience within a production environment Experience leading supervisors and frontline manufacturing teams Proven success driving continuous improvement and operational performance initiatives Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field preferred Experience in aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environments is highly preferred What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually.
