Exciting Opportunity in Florham Park, NJ Join a dynamic team in Florham Park, NJ, where innovation meets operational excellence. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support production finance, inventory control, billing reconciliation, and compliance requirements. This role offers the potential for permanent employment for candidates who demonstrate strong performance and reliability. Responsibilities
Facilitate the implementation of forecast plans and monitor progress against operational goals.
Ensure compliance with department quality, safety, and operational standards.
Maintain and enter pricing information in the billing system.
Reconcile production reports and inventory data.
Prepare and distribute the Daily Production Summary (DPS).
Track overseas shipments and support scalehouse operations.
Assist with budget tracking, contract maintenance, and inventory cycle counts.
Study existing processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Support assigned projects related to company products.
Requirements
Experience in accounting, financial analysis, inventory control, manufacturing administration, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to learn and use billing, inventory, reporting, and enterprise systems.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Preferences
Experience with Power BI, ERP, billing, inventory, or production-management systems.
Experience in metals recycling, manufacturing, industrial operations, or a similar environment.
