Provide clear, concise briefings in both verbal and written formats Assist leadership in analyzing and interpreting data to support informed decision-making Qualifications & Skills Experience working in a 24/7/365 operations center with multi-agency coordination Two years of experience collecting information from diverse sources, performing analysis, disseminating actionable information and providing recommendations Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders Ability to quickly analyze and interpret data to assess risks and recommend actions Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other operational platforms Demonstrated ability to think critically and maintain composure in high-pressure situations Ability to draft professional reports, requests for information, and operational briefings Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities Ability to work r12-
