About The Role The Customer Operations Analyst I supports day-to-day customer operations by managing orders, monitoring deliveries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to develop expertise in customer support, order management, and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Process and track customer orders from entry through delivery. Provide customers with updates on order status, shipments, and delivery schedules. Work with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sales teams to resolve order issues. Monitor order backlog and identify potential delivery risks. Maintain accurate customer and order records in company systems. Assist with customer inquiries and support issue resolution. Generate basic operational reports and analyze data to support decision-making. Support process improvements and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 0-2 years of experience in customer service, operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Experience in manufacturing, technology, or supply chain environments. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
