The Operations Analyst supports business performance by analyzing operational data, identifying process improvement opportunities, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders. This role partners crossfunctionally to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support data-driven decision-making. Primary Responsibilities

JOB FUNCTIONS

Major Functional Responsibilities Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support leadership decision-making Partner with operations, finance, supply chain, and other teams to evaluate processes and workflows Identify inefficiencies and recommend data-backed solutions to improve productivity and cost control Support forecasting, budgeting, and capacity planning through quantitative analysis Monitor key operational metrics and investigate variances against targets or benchmarks Prepare clear, concise presentations and summaries for leadership and stakeholders Assist with implementation and tracking of process improvement initiatives Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting tools and systems Support ad hoc analysis requests and special projects as needed Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field Required Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) preferred Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Company description Vistar customers are everywhere people work, play, and shop.
