Job/Role Description:

This role supports insurance services operations within a financial services environment, working with internal teams and third-party insurance carriers to ensure accurate and timely processing. Prepare and review new insurance applications and related documentation as requested by the business. Work directly with third-party insurance carriers to ensure proper implementation and processing of applications. Coordinate and process team-specific operational tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Perform quality reviews of completed work to ensure data accuracy and adherence to established procedures. Work across multiple systems and platforms to process transactions and maintain accurate information. Collaborate with different teams and business partners to research and resolve ongoing issues. Provide operational support and assist with special projects as requested. Apply sound business judgment to identify unusual or potentially suspicious activities and escalate issues when appropriate. Maintain compliance with established policies and procedures related to quality, client service, information security, and regulatory requirements. Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows Microsoft Excel proficiency; advanced Excel skills preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Sound judgment and ability to identify and escalate potential issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of an organization as well as external third parties Ability to work effectively under pressure in a team-oriented environment Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong client service orientation
