What You'll Do:
Identify, document, investigate, and help resolve product and process nonconformances.
Support timely containment activities and root cause investigations for quality issues.
Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to implement corrective actions.
Monitor ongoing quality performance across machining, assembly, and test operations.
Support daily quality activities and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, process compliance, or a related production environment.
What Sets You Apart:
Possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to facilitate cross-functional problem-solving activities to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
