Key Responsibilities Production Scheduling :

Issuing Job "travelers" to the shop floor based on the established production schedule and tracking their progress.

Inventory & Material Coordination :

Assisting with material readiness, participating in cycle counts, and updating the master parts list or Bill of Materials (BOM).

Reporting & Data Entry :

Collecting operational data to report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintaining organized digital and physical files.

Data Entry:

Process and manual input during transition to ERP system(s)

Requirements Experience:

1-3 years in an administrative or operations support role, ideally within a manufacturing or logistics environment

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is critical) as well as Google Suites. Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is a bonus!

Physical Demands:
