About The Opportunity We are looking for a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager who will lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across multiple manufacturing plants. This role builds an "Everybody, Every Day" improvement culture and provides structure, leadership, and facilitation to drive sustainable operational results. In this role, you'll work closely with frontline and plant teams, lead cross‑functional improvement events, support strategic projects, and coach employees at all levels on problem solving and waste reduction. If you enjoy driving process improvements, leading change, and helping teams work smarter and safer, this role is for you. What You'll Do Lead continuous improvement/Lean activities across multiple manufacturing facilities. Solve complex operational problems aligned with company strategic goals. Identify improvement opportunities with frontline employees and coach them on waste elimination. Partner with Production and Administrative teams to remove recurring issues and standardize processes. Facilitate cross‑functional Kaizen events and other improvement workshops. Support and sustain improvement initiatives to achieve measurable results. Manage and maintain the corporate continuous improvement toolkit. Serve as Project Manager for key strategic projects as needed. Collaborate with Regional CI Managers across the company. Perform other duties as assigned. What You Bring - Experience, Skills & Education Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong facilitation, coaching, and project management abilities. Ability to make independent decisions within broad guidelines. Experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on safety. Strong analytical and conceptual problem‑solving skills. Initiative and willingness to act proactively. Ability to build relationships and coach employees at all levels. Ability to manage stress and lead by example. Ability to assess performance and support development of others. Availability outside normal business hours. Preferred Lean or Six Sigma certification (not required but beneficial). Experience leading Kaizen or structured improvement events. Ability to travel on weekends as needed. Valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Report required. Ability to obtain and maintain a passport. Work Environment Primarily plant‑based with regular time in manufacturing facilities. May require extended periods of walking, standing, or observing production processes. Why ORBIS?
