Job Description

Position Summary The Client Operations I Analyst I is responsible for completing daily operational tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This role requires attentiveness to procedures and the ability to identify and report discrepancies promptly. The analyst will prioritize timely completion of assignments and escalate any issues appropriately. Key Responsibilities Perform routine operational tasks and follow established procedures diligently. Monitor and report discrepancies or anomalies in daily activities. Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the designated timeframes. Escalate issues or irregularities to the appropriate levels for resolution. Support process improvements by maintaining accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
Required Qualifications Education:
B. Com, BBA, or MBA (Finance). Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for reporting discrepancies. Ability to follow procedures diligently and work within established guidelines. Good organizational skills with a focus on timely task completion. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in client operations, financial services, or a related field. Familiarity with process adherence and internal governance frameworks. Effective communication skills for reporting and escalation purposes. Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize work effectively.
