Global Organization Entry Level Join Our Team Weekly Pay In the Operations Support Specialist role you will: Support securities operations and settlement activities, with a focus on processing physical securities transactions, reviewing documentation, and ensuring accurate trade settlement. The individual will assist with reconciliations, review cash and position reports, investigate discrepancies, and work closely with internal teams to maintain strong operational controls. This is a full-time, temp to permanent opportunity. The hours would be from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Foundational understanding of trade flow, trade processing, and settlement operations
  • Ability to read and understand operational documentation with strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks accurately
  • Ability to identify issues, ask questions, and escalate concerns appropriately
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with multiple internal stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt within a structured operational environment
REQUIRED
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in trade settlements, securities operations, or related financial services operations roles
Pay Rate:
$20.00 to 30.00 PER HOUR.
  • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
