Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday onsite Job Summary We are seeking an Analyst, Sales Operations to provide operational and analytical support to sales management and improve the efficiency of sales processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal. Experience with SAP and Salesforce is preferred but can be trained for the right candidate. This is an individual contributor role requiring independent judgment, attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day Sales Operations activities and sales process improvement. Manage and track the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process, including quotes, orders, fulfillment, and billing. Maintain and update order information and sales activity data. Support internal orders and transactions through SAP. Manage evaluation pools and track progress across stakeholders. Coordinate with Legal on documentation and Finance for approvals. Work with sales representatives to complete and distribute required documents. Support Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) activities. Monitor backlog and aging orders as part of quarterly projects. Analyze data and prepare reports, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and other business analyses. Maintain data accuracy and support data quality and process improvement initiatives. Identify and resolve operational or workflow issues. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other internal teams. Required Qualifications Experience or knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Quick learner with strong time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP, particularly
SAP SD/MM.
Experience with Salesforce, preferably Sales Cloud. Understanding of SAP transactions, order management, and master data. Experience with data migration, data validation, or data quality processes. Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash systems and business workflows. Experience working with Sales, Finance, Legal, or Operations teams. Understanding of data governance and system integration best practices. SAP experience is preferred but candidates without SAP experience may be considered if they demonstrate strong analytical ability and are trainable. Education Some college preferred; degree is not required. Equivalent practical experience will be considered. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and quick-learning professional who can handle routine operational responsibilities while also solving analytical and process-related problems. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a team environment while independently managing assigned tasks. It may take several months for a new hire to become fully independent, with faster learners expected to ramp up more quickly.
