Job Description
Business Process Manager Location
- This is a hybrid role, which means that you will have the flexibility to work both onsite and at a distance. You will collaborate onsite at our La Farge, WI office for 4-8 days per month, and the rest of the time you can choose to work remotely or onsite. Employee Type

- No Summary of Role The Business Process Manager leads the execution and ongoing management of the enterprise business process program, ensuring that process governance, standards, and continuous improvement efforts are effectively implemented across the organization.

- Program Delivery and Oversight o Manage the day-to-day execution of the enterprise business process program roadmap, Governance and KPIs o Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectives o Track program milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables o Ensure consistent delivery of process initiatives across functions and business units o Map, analyze, and prioritize critical processes across all business functions, ensuring visibility of interdependencies and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Process Governance & Standards o Support the implementation and ongoing operation of process governance frameworks o Maintain process documentation standards, templates, and lifecycle management processes o Facilitate governance forums (e.
- KPI Development & Performance Tracking o Define and maintain process performance metrics and KPIs o Monitor process performance trends and identify improvement opportunities o Support the creation of dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility o Ensure linkage between process performance and business outcomes (cost, cycle time, quality, etc.
- Change Management & Adoption o Partner with change management teams to drive process adoption and sustainment o Develop communication, training, and rollout plans for process changes including coaching process owners on best practices and framework.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration o Partner with business leaders to align process initiatives with operational and strategic priorities. o Act as a liaison between functional teams to resolve process gaps, conflicts, and inconsistencies o Support alignment between process design, system capabilities (e.g., SAP), and data governance

- A minimum of 12 years of relevant, progressive experience with a bachelor's degree, 11 years with a master's degree, or 6 years with a PhD, in areas such as process architecture, business process management, or enterprise transformation.
- Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, BPM) strongly preferred.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP modules (such as
S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD
) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).- Advanced proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, Signavio, ARIS) and methodologies (BPMN, Lean Six Sigma).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, cultivate strategic relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a continuous improvement mindset; able to synthesize complex information and influence long-term business outcomes.
- Expertise in change management and familiarity with agile project management and digital transformation frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, remain composed under pressure, and adapt to changing circumstances while ensuring quality outcomes.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
Base salary wage range:
$111,987.20- $149,323.
