This position reports to:
Programs and Operations Leader __ Job Profile Summary The Channel Programs and Operations Process Leader is responsible for supporting the operational execution, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement of Channel Programs and Sales Support Operations. Partners with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Sales Excellence and Customer Experience teams to develop, implement, and optimize standardized processes, reporting, and digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, business performance, and the customer experience. Ensures consistent execution, process documentation, reporting, and operational excellence across both Channel Programs and Sales Support Operations. The work model for the role is: Hybrid, Cary, NC, or Mebane, NC; or Atlanta, GA. Open to Hybrid for the right fit. {#Li-Hybrid} Core Responsibilities Drive the operational execution and continuous improvement of Channel Programs and Sales Support Operations by developing standardized processes, documentation, and governance that enable consistent business execution. Manage and continuously enhance channel program processes, including rebates, Marketing Development Funds (MDF), partnership programs, sponsorships, and other distributor initiatives to improve program effectiveness and business growth. Drive digital engagement and data visibility by defining business requirements and partnering with Continuous Improvement and Digital teams to implement automated workflows, reporting solutions, and user-facing dashboards. Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Global teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective execution, alignment, and continuous evolution of Channel Programs and Sales Support Operations. Manage operational communications, reporting, and business readiness for new and existing channel initiatives, including distributor programs, sponsorships, and strategic business activities. Analyze business performance, market trends, and operational data to develop recommendations and action plans that improve channel effectiveness, operational efficiency, and business performance.Collaboration / Leadership
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, Digital, and Customer Experience team(s) to develop and implement standardized processes and operational enhancements. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve business processes, reporting capabilities, system utilization, and operational efficiency. Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Channel Programs and Sales Support Operations to serve as a trusted resource for Sales, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders by providing guidance on program requirements, operational processes, and best practices.Qualifications for the role:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of professional work experience including experience in distribution channel and account management in the industry required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. Experience supporting sales operations, marketing programs or channel programs Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
