  • Boston, MA We are currently seeking candidates for a Fund Operations Analyst opportunity with a highly successful Investment Management firm located in Boston, MA.
This is an entry-level position, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across fund accounting, administration, custody, and investment operations with a top-tier Investment Management firm. In this role, you will support day-to-day fund and client operations by responding to inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, reviewing reporting and reconciliations, and helping resolve operational issues. The position will also provide exposure to client onboarding, reporting, analysis, technology platforms, and process improvement initiatives. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity paying $22
  • 24/hour, based on a 40-hour work week.
This position follows a hybrid work model and is based in Boston, MA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily client and internal inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Research and escalate operational issues, discrepancies, and items that may impact client servicing. Collaborate with internal teams to support client requests, reporting, reconciliations, and deliverables. Monitor inquiry trends and identify opportunities for process improvements, training, and automation. Support client onboarding, platform demonstrations, and training as needed. Prepare for and participate in client meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-up items. Utilize internal technology and systems to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes. Maintain strong attention to risk, controls, and the appropriate handling of sensitive client information.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 0-1+ years of relevant experience, including internships, internships, or academic experience in operations, finance, accounting, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
