Job Description

Job Summary Our client, a financial leader provider, is seeking an Implementation Analyst to support the onboarding and ongoing operational support of payment network clients, including Issuers, Issuer Processors, Program Managers, and PIN Debit Networks. This role will serve as a key point of contact for operational inquiries, client implementations, compliance activities, transaction processing support, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have experience within payments, financial services, merchant processing, or related industries and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills. Core Responsibilities Support onboarding and implementation activities for new network participants and partners Assist with ongoing management of issuer, processor, network, and program manager operational relationships Research, analyze, and resolve complex operational and transaction processing issues Monitor compliance with network rules, regulations, agreements, and program requirements Coordinate certification testing and implementation release activities Partner with internal stakeholders to investigate acceptance and transaction processing challenges Support risk mitigation efforts and escalations as needed Assist with department reporting, analytics, and process improvement initiatives Collaborate with internal teams to support new programs and service expansions Ensure participants understand and adhere to technical specifications and program documentation requirements Serve as a trusted operational resource for clients and business partners Required Skills & Experience (Must-Haves) High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in payments, financial services, banking operations, merchant services, or a related field Experience supporting client onboarding, implementations, or operational processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience researching and resolving operational issues Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace applications Preferred Skills & Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline Experience in electronic payments, merchant processing, card services, or payment networks Experience working with Issuers, Acquirers, Processors, Gateways, or FinTech organizations Experience with Salesforce, SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, Teradata, or similar tools Experience supporting certification testing, client implementations, or onboarding initiatives Knowledge of transaction processing and payment operations workflows Advanced Smartsheet experience Strong organizational, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to understand technical, contractual, and operational documentation Key Competencies & Behaviors Customer-focused mindset Strong attention to detail Excellent relationship-building skills Critical thinking and analytical abilities Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong organizational and time management skills Adaptability and willingness to learn

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
The approximate pay range for this position is between $23.00 and $34.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
