Job Description

Associate responsibilities The Investment Operations is a part of our Centralized Financial Services role plays a critical role in supporting financial advisors by delivering comprehensive administrative and operational support across insurance (risk), investment, and/or financial planning services. This role is designed to enhance advisor productivity, ensure consistent execution, and elevate the overall client experience. The department is broken up into three sub-departments; Risk, Investment Operations and Planning. This role is focused on the investment operations. Investment Operations
  • Facilitate new account openings and transfers
  • Process trades and maintenance requests
  • Assist with money movement requests such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.
  • Maintain client records, account changes, banking updates, etc.
  • Conduct rollover calls to move assets as requested
  • Monitor and resolve account-related/trade correction issues in a timely manner
  • Receive, process and deposit incoming checks to office daily General Administrative Support
  • Serve as a primary operational resource for assigned advisors
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to service standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
  • Communicate proactively with advisors and internal stakeholders Qualifications Experience or education in financial services, operations, or administrative support Working knowledge of insurance, investments, or financial planning preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in CRM systems and financial platforms Success in This Role Looks Like Consistently accurate and timely processing of advisor requests Strong advisor satisfaction and trust in operational support Reduced cycle times across insurance, investment, and planning workflows Proactive identification and resolution of issues Contribution to a scalable and efficient centralized service model
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
