Full-time Compensation:
$80K - $100K Our client is a fast-growing, mission-driven organization backed by world-class investors like Paradigm and Dragonfly. The company is dedicated to transforming how money moves by building foundational stablecoin infrastructure and full-service platforms that make issuing, managing, and integrating digital assets seamless for developers, fintechs, and institutions. Operating at the intersection of high-performance finance and crypto-native innovation, the team values clear thinking, extreme ownership, and high-velocity decision-making. The organization is seeking a highly motivated Operations Analyst to join the U.S. Operations team. This is a hands-on, operational role supporting stablecoin and digital asset infrastructure across issuance, settlements, treasury operations, reconciliations, onboarding, and customer support workflows. Working closely with the broader global operations team, the successful candidate will help maintain seamless, 24/7 operations across banking rails, blockchain networks, reserve management, and customer activity.
Key Responsibilities Transaction Execution & Settlement:
Execute and settle blockchain and fiat transactions end-to-end, ensuring the full operational flow is completed accurately and on time.
Monitoring & Verification:
Monitor transactional activity and operational queues, perform transaction and wallet management verifications, and escalate exceptions to leadership and relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
Reconciliations:
Own daily and monthly reconciliations across on-chain activity, banking records, custodians, processing platforms, and internal databases to ensure the absolute integrity of both crypto and fiat records.
Workflow Maintenance:
Maintain operational trackers, checklists, and procedural documentation to ensure visibility, accuracy, and repeatability of key workflows.
Process Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies and control gaps through data analysis, partnering with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements and scaling initiatives.
Partner & Customer Support:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and external partners, coordinating responses to operational inquiries and ad-hoc requests with professionalism and precision.
Requirements Basic Qualifications Experience:
1-3 years of experience in finance, operations, fintech, banking, treasury, payments, or related professional functions.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Operational Discipline:
Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to manage complex operational workflows with a high degree of accuracy and integrity.
Execution:
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take extreme ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Communication:
Clear, professional communication skills and comfort working within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving:
A strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to question assumptions and escalate operational issues proactively.
Preferred Qualifications Industry Exposure:
Prior exposure to crypto, fintech, payments, or treasury operations.
Domain Knowledge:
Familiarity with blockchain concepts including wallets, transactions, block explorers, stablecoins, DeFi, and general on-chain activity.
Financial Controls:
Direct experience with reconciliation workflows, settlement operations, or strict financial controls.
Data Tools:
Experience utilizing scripting or data analysis tools such as Google Apps Script, SQL, or Python.
