Responsibilities for an Operations Analyst include but are not limited to: Manage executive calendars, coordinate scheduling activities, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts. Communicate with executives and line management to gather, organize, and convey critical business information. Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, meetings, appointments, and executive administrative support functions. Prepare meeting minutes, correspondence, reports, and presentations while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Candidates for Operations Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered: Experience providing administrative support, executive support, or operations support in a professional business environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with executives and business partners. Excellent organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Webex, and other business productivity tools.
