Compensation Range:

$33- $38 per hour W2

This role combines operational data analysis and project management support, helping teams turn complex data into actionable reporting while keeping projects, timelines, resources, and deliverables on track.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Analyze weekly utilization, profitability, margin, and project performance data. Clean, organize, combine, and analyze raw datasets from multiple systems. Build and maintain monthly utilization and operational reports. Identify trends, gaps, capacity concerns, inconsistencies, and variances. Support month-end close by reviewing and validating operational and financial data. Create monthly expense reports and support ad hoc analysis. Maintain operational trackers, documentation, project folders, and status sheets. Support project budgets, timelines, resources, and hours management. Create and maintain project plans and timelines across multiple workstreams. Support project routing and day-to-day project management activities. Coordinate with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders. Track action items, milestones, and deliverables and follow up as needed. Help identify and resolve capacity, resource, timeline, and budget issues. Coordinate submission preparation and follow-up. Review revision requests and coordinate execution with delivery teams. Send deliverables and project updates to clients and key stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and Power Query. Experience combining and analyzing raw datasets from multiple sources. Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Pharma or pharma-adjacent agency experience. Experience with Cantara. Exposure to Veeva Vault. Project management experience across account, delivery, client, and regulatory teams. Experience managing multiple cross-functional workstreams.
