Pay Range:

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and triage client requests and issues, ensuring adherence to SLAs and contractual terms. Communicate risks and statuses of owned clients and processes to leadership teams. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners, including Account Management, IT, and Quality Teams. Provide training and mentoring for new team members and contingent resources. Assist in the development of new processes and operational input, ensuring compliance with organizational SOPs.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

0-3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree preferred; or 5-7 years of equivalent work experience with a HS/GED. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. Strong analytical problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Preferred experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and benefit set-up knowledge.
