OPERATIONS SUPPORT ANALYST II
Full-Time, Hybrid Remote Position Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm Pay Grade 9E; Minimum Salary $39,406 Yearly The Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corporation (KHESLC) offers a comprehensive, family-friendly benefits package. SUMMARY the Operations Support Analyst II consults with internal and external personnel, other system/process experts and end users, to develop an understanding of the varied and complex business needs supported by the loan servicing system. With general direction, assists in system-related analysis, testing, reporting, project coordination and training functions, for new business requirements, enhancements and regulatory updates.
JOB DUTIES
Creates technical reports useful for executive-level and staff level internal management. Performs regular quality control checks of reports, databases, procedures and processes. Documents and updates processes and procedures used for reporting and problem resolution. Makes recommendations for and analyzes improvements and upgrades, and implements communication, training and improvement plans. Assists in business activities including, but not limited to start-up, conversions, RFP requirements, deconversions, website content, printed documentation, procedures manuals, due diligence, audits, and other system-related projects. Analyzes requirements of end users and prepares specifications for development and modifications of various systems and automated processes. Updates manager and other relevant staff on status of projects, assignments and tasks, using SQL, reports, timelines and graphics. Executes system quality control practices and procedures. Maintains current knowledge of loan servicing system and new industry regulations. Provides audit support by participating in planning, gathering, reviewing, and submitting audit documentation. Regular attendance and punctuality are considered an essential function of this position. Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business, computer technology or analytical techniques or related field or minimum of 4 years of experience with business operations or systems development. Experience in end user analysis and testing of complex information and processing systems Experience with reporting and presentation. High level of computer literacy with relational database structures, reporting/query tools, spreadsheets, word processing and database software and/or business systems (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) required. Structured Query Language (SQL) experience preferred. Well-developed communication and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail. Accepts and adapts to change as directed; understands change is a constant and necessary path for improvement and growth.
