Adecco Creative is partnering with a global Fashion House to recruit for a Sr. Analyst, Procurement role. This position will be an 8-month contract and hybrid schedule in Midtown Manhattan.
MUST BE BASED IN NYC AND WORK ONSITE 3 DAYS A WEEK!
Sr. Analyst, Procurement -
Strategic Sourcing Primary Purpose :
Sr. Analyst, Procurement will be responsible for supporting the strategic sourcing and procurement activities for the brand's Digital, IT technologies and services for all brands. Provide support to Category Leaders for the implementation of strategic sourcing activities, including but not limited to RFx, spend analysis, contract analysis, and bid evaluation Provide support to Category Leaders by managing new vendor onboarding projects and renewals, including strategic Proof-of-Concept (POC) initiatives, from initial operational setup to final document routing, including working with Legal, Finance, and Procurement Operations partners to ensure timely execution Ensure the processing of all contractual documents comply with the established contract management workflow and the fully executed are properly cataloged in the Contract Management System. End-to-end tracking of all contractual document workflows, including status updates, workflow prioritization, and identifying potential risks Areas in scope will include: Digital, IT, Analytics, Finance, and associated Collaborate with business stakeholders to support their strategic projects and POCs and provide operational support to Category Leads Conduct end-to-end RFP/RFI events Collaborate with business partners to structure regional and global agreements that align with organization objectives and leverage scale Support procurement strategies and frameworks in accordance with Tapestry's global policies.
The accomplished individual will possess:
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Understanding of cross-functional needs, collaborative approach, team player Experience in financial analysis, market analysis, and enterprise technology utilization Experienced with leading RFP's and RFI's through completion Proactive, efficient, autonomous and professional aptitude in the prioritization and execution of activities with various degrees of complexity. Ability to demonstrate agility and resilience Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university (preferably in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management or Finance) Experienced working in a matrix environment or in a global, multi-cultural cross-functional team.
