Compliance Operations Senior Analyst (Health, Safety & Environment)
We are looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Environment professional to join our EMEA West Compliance team, supporting operations across the Netherlands. This role plays a key part in ensuring legal compliance, strengthening our safety culture, and driving continual improvement across some of the world's most critical digital infrastructure facilities.
You will act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, providing practical guidance, oversight and expertise to ensure our sites operate safely, effectively and in line with both Dutch legislation and Equinix standards. This position is ideally suited to an experienced HSE professional who is comfortable working independently, influencing stakeholders at all levels, and driving meaningful improvements in safety and compliance performance.
What you'll doLead the delivery and continuous improvement of Health, Safety & Environment and compliance programmes across multiple sitesServe as a trusted HSE advisor to site leadership teams, supporting operational decision-making and risk managementEnsure compliance with Dutch Health & Safety legislation (Arbowet and related regulations) and Equinix requirementsPlan and execute risk-based audits, inspections and assurance activities, identifying gaps and driving corrective actionsLead and facilitate incident investigations and root cause analysis, ensuring effective preventative and corrective measures are implementedSupport the development and maintenance of RI&E assessments, procedures, management systems and compliance documentationCoordinate and support internal and external audits, including ISO 45001 and
