Site Operations Analyst:

Support the day-to-day operations of digital platforms, including monitoring and managing guest-facing experiences. Respond to and escalate technical issues, bugs, or errors to appropriate teams, ensuring minimal impact on users. Collaborate cross-functionally with business, IT, and product teams to address operational challenges. Execute testing of new features for functionality, regression, and edge cases, ensuring quality across devices. Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to identify and suggest improvements.
