Investment Operations Analyst Location:

Remote Position Summary The Sr. Investment Operations Analyst supports investment reporting, risk and compliance activities, and the day-to-day administration of the investment portfolio. This role serves as a key contact for investment data and operational requests, monitors investment activity, and supports reporting and documentation across public and private investments. Key Responsibilities Execute investment reporting activities related to risk and compliance management of investment holdings. Serve as a primary contact for investment data requests and resolution of operational issues. Compile data for Board and Investment & Finance (I&F) reporting, including bond and derivative spread monitoring. Review daily trade reports, unsettled trades, unrealized gain/loss reports, watchlists, public asset valuations, Bloomberg ratings, and other investment reports. Support monitoring of National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) pronouncements and related investment requirements. Assist with private asset pricing and valuation activities. Coordinate documentation and communications related to investment subscription agreements. Provide operational and administrative support for alternative investments, commercial mortgage loans (CMLs), derivatives, and other investment activities. Maintain and enhance front- and middle-office procedures to support SOX compliance, disaster recovery requirements, and continuous process improvement. Partner with investment managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely investment information. Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Relevant investment operations or investment management experience may be considered in lieu of a business-related degree. 3-5 years of experience in operations, investment operations, or investment management. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external partners.

Salary Range :
