Job Description

Process Improvement Associate Marathon Staffing seeks a Process Improvement Associate to enhance efficiency and quality across our staffing operations. In this role, you'll map workflows, analyze performance data, and identify bottlenecks in recruiting, onboarding, and client service processes. You will document SOPs, support implementation of new procedures, and partner closely with operations, recruiting, and account teams. Ideal candidates have strong analytical and documentation skills, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced, people-first environment. Map and document operational and staffing workflows Collect and analyze process performance data and KPIs Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities Support design and implementation of process improvements Coordinate pilots and track results against targets Develop SOPs, checklists, and process documentation Collaborate with recruiting, account management, and operations teams Prepare reports and presentations on findings and recommendations Support change management and training for new processes Assist with ongoing monitoring and continuous improvement efforts Process mapping Workflow documentation Data analysis KPI tracking and reporting Continuous improvement methodologies Requirements gathering Change management support SOP and policy writing MS Excel or Google Sheets Presentation and reporting tools Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt (preferred) Certification in business analysis or process improvement (e.g., CBAP, BPM) a plus
