What your future day will look like: Lead value stream mapping initiatives identifying future-state opportunities. Drive lean improvements through process reviews and standardization efforts. Mentor associates on lean principles and continuous improvement methods. Partner with operations leaders to execute strategic improvement plans. Identify automation opportunities enhancing quality, productivity, and profitability. Develop business cases supporting long-term automation roadmaps. Track and report improvements across safety, quality, schedule, and cost. Promote continuous improvement culture through cross-functional collaboration.
