Job Description
## Standard Job Description You will be the Operations Analyst Staff - Level 4 for the Operations Team which is responsible for driving operational excellence across our production and manufacturing facilities. What You Will Be Doing As the Operations Analyst Staff - Level 4 you will be responsible for modeling and analyzing manufacturing operations, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering data‑driven recommendations that support key aerospace programs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Design and create simulation models that represent manufacturing operations, enabling analysis of multiple future production scenarios.
- Summarize and present findings and recommendations to a broad audience, including senior internal leaders.
- Establish and maintain rate‑readiness practices to keep the site prepared for future contracts and operational changes.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
- This position is located at a facility that requires special access.- This position is in Greenville, SC.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- 5 years of professional experience with discrete event simulation in support of a manufacturing facility or similar business.
- Experience with discrete event simulation software
- Knowledge of statistics including distribution-fitting, variability, and statistical significance ## Desired Skills
- Proficiency obtaining and prepping data through database systems, data prep tools, and Excel
- Experience with Simio
- Experience with SAP and a Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
- Experience with learning curve theory and future planning for manufacturing operations
- Experience presenting analytical information to Vice President and Director level internal customers
- Aircraft production experience
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
