Sales Operations Support Analyst (Entry-Level) Position Overview We are seeking an entry-level Sales Operations Support Analyst to support our operations team with accurate data management, reporting, and process efficiency. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who thrives on organizing information, working in Excel, and learning sales systems. Data entry accuracy is a core requirement of the position. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate and timely data entry of sales-related information into CRM and other systems Maintain and update product databases, and customer information Create, update, and manage spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel (including data cleaning, basic formulas, pivot tables, and simple reports) Support sales pipeline tracking in SPS Commerce and EDI support Assist with system administration tasks, data validation, and process documentation Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure data integrity Help identify and flag data inconsistencies or process gaps Complete ad-hoc data pulls, list management, and administrative support for the sales organization Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred but not required) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, sorting/filtering, basic charts, and pivot tables) Experience working in SPS Commerce EDI platform Basic experience working with business systems (e.g. EDI platforms, WMS/OMS platforms) Foundational understanding of sales processes or business operations concepts Ability to follow established processes and maintain data quality standards Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy Comfortable learning new systems and tools Preferred Qualifications Prior internship, administrative, or entry-level experience involving data entry or sales support Familiarity with CRM software or other sales operations tools Basic knowledge of data analysis concepts or reporting Strong written and verbal communication skills
