This role involves supporting data analysis, cost management, and process optimization across multiple operational areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and operations, with a focus on improving efficiency, analyzing data, and collaborating across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze operational costs and financial data to ensure profitability, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support pricing strategies. Monitor and assess operational performance, comparing actual results with forecasts, and provide recommendations for process improvements. Conduct client and financial analysis to identify trends, assess profitability. Synchronize receiving, inventory, outbound, and value-added service data. Create dashboards to generate weekly and monthly reports to track warehouse and client performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational systems, workflows, and data management, driving efficiency across the organization. Perform other duties/tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher More than one year of experience in operations, logistics, or data analysis is preferred. Bilingual (English/ Mandarin) is preferred to facilitate smooth communication with the team and clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data reporting and analysis. Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel data analysis skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and data visualization; familiarity with Python or similar tools is a plus. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams. Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
