Job Description

Overview About the Role We are looking for a driven and hands-on Process Improvement Specialist to help build and sustain a culture of continuous improvement across our facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, leading change, and making measurable impact on operations. You'll work directly with leadership and shop floor teams to identify opportunities, lead improvement initiatives, and implement Lean/TPS methodologies that drive efficiency, quality, and performance. What You'll Do ✔ Lead process improvements using Lean/TPS ✔ Run Kaizen events & problem-solving workshops ✔ Identify ways to improve efficiency, quality & workflow ✔ Work directly with leadership & shop floor teams What You Need ✔ Lean / Kaizen / TPS experience ✔ Strong problem-solving & leadership skills ✔ Manufacturing or warehouse background preferred
Pay:
From $24.00 per hour
