full-time We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Owner / Business Analyst to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of business processes while supporting the successful implementation and utilization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 . This is a newly created role , providing an opportunity to build the function and establish processes, standards, and best practices from the ground up. The ideal candidate is a self-directed builder who is comfortable with ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and can create structure where none currently exists. This role requires a strong combination of business analysis, process improvement, and project management skills . The successful candidate must be able to take an idea or business problem, develop a plan, coordinate stakeholders, drive implementation, and ensure the solution delivers sustainable results. Key Responsibilities Analyze, map, and improve current-state ( as-is ) and future-state ( to-be ) business processes. Build new processes, standards, workflows, and documentation from the ground up. Lead business process and technology projects from concept through implementation and sustainment. Develop project plans, timelines, deliverables, and action items while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. Partner with business and technical teams to define requirements and optimize Dynamics 365 functionality. Use data, reporting, and KPIs to identify issues, measure performance, and drive improvements. Develop process documentation, training materials, and deliver end-user training. Lead change management and ensure successful adoption of new processes and technology. Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, eliminate waste, reduce costs, and support business growth. Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Owner, Project Manager, Process Improvement Manager, or similar role . Strong experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, process development, and continuous improvement. Demonstrated ability to build and implement processes from scratch . Proven project management experience, including managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, and competing priorities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive projects to completion. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is strongly preferred .

Preferred Qualifications Certifications:

Dynamics 365, Project Management (PMP or CAPM), Business Analysis, Lean/Six Sigma, or Process Improvement are a plus.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management or a related field. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who creates structure rather than waits for it . They are comfortable operating in an environment where processes may not yet exist, can turn broad business problems into actionable plans, and are equally comfortable analyzing a process, managing a project, and working with stakeholders to implement the solution.
