Primary Function The Document Administration Operations Analyst is responsible for managing internal and external data pulls, reporting integration, reconciliations, and analysis. This role will support the Document Administration team to ensure all data and reporting processes are delivered timely and efficiently. Principal Duties Extract, format and deliver internal and external requests for large volumes of data. Reporting Integration and Reconciliation. GSE Collateral Exceptions and Sale Side Letter(s). Non-GSE Collateral Exceptions and Sale Side Letter(s). GSE Pool Certification / Recertifications. Image Collection Reporting and Analysis. Vendor Production Reporting and Analysis. Custodial Reconciliation to Servicing System. Maintain a working knowledge of existing functional business processes and reporting. Clearly articulate and present ideas and findings to a varied audience including senior management and clients. Performs related duties as assigned by management. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. 2+ years of related experience. SQL & Excel experience required. Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements S trong business communication skills with an ability to work well in a collaborative environment. Strong attention to detail and an ability to multi-task, respond well to pressure and deadlines, and work well individually and in a collaborative environment. Fast learner - able to assimilate new ideas and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior work experience performing business or data analysis is a plus.
