Role Overview We are seeking an Operations Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and operational performance across AAM's property management portfolio. The role will analyze operational, financial, leasing, maintenance, occupancy, and turnover data; maintain reporting and dashboards; identify trends and performance gaps; and support teams in improving processes, efficiency, and execution. Key Responsibilities Analyze property and operational data related to occupancy, leasing, collections, maintenance, work orders, unit turns, make-ready timelines, and resident activity. Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for property and leadership teams. Monitor key operational metrics, identify trends and variances, and highlight areas requiring attention or corrective action. Track unit turns, vendor performance, work-order activity, operational deadlines, and other property-level performance indicators. Work with property, operations, finance, and leadership teams to collect, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources. Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and recurring operational issues and support the development of practical improvements. Maintain accurate operational datasets, reporting trackers, dashboards, and documentation. Support forecasting, budgeting, performance analysis, and ad hoc reporting as needed. Translate operational data into clear insights and recommendations that support occupancy, cost control, turnover performance, and overall property operations. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, property management analytics, or a similar analytical role. Experience working with operational or property management data, preferably within multifamily or real estate. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. Experience working with large datasets and multiple sources of operational information. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, discrepancies, and performance gaps. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reporting requirements and deadlines. Strong communication skills with the ability to present data and findings clearly to both operational and leadership teams. Experience with Power BI, property management software, or other reporting and business intelligence tools is preferred. Benefits Health insurance. Paid time off.
