Energy, Utilities, Environmental Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Portfolio Services Analyst with investment operations or back-office experience within a bank, trust company, family office, investment management firm, or private investment organization. This role supports the daily administration of a sophisticated investment portfolio and is responsible for investment reporting, account documentation, reconciliations, and operational controls. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, exhibit exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review, process, and categorize a high volume of investment-related documents within the firm's document management system. Reconcile monthly and quarterly statements received from private equity, private credit, and hedge fund managers. Reconcile monthly brokerage and custodial account statements. Prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly investment performance reports utilizing portfolio accounting and reporting systems. Record and reconcile investment-related cash movements within investment reporting systems. Complete subscription, redemption, and account-opening documentation, including KYC information, for alternative investments. Support investment operations projects and process improvement initiatives. Requirements The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent investment operations experience is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment operations, or back-office role within an investment firm, trust company, bank, family office or similar organization is required. Experience completing account-opening documentation and alternative investment subscription documents is required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment. Experience with investment reporting and portfolio accounting platforms such as CANOE, Backstop, or similar systems is preferred. Experience working with private equity, hedge fund, and other alternative investment structures is preferred.
