As an Associate Wholesale Operations Analyst you will work closely with internal and external customers to satisfy specific requirements. Assist in the creation of new and maintenance of existing truck rack account data in SAP and in the various terminal automation systems. Provide continuous support to customers and consumers in a prompt, professional, and confidential manner. Escalate issues to a higher level analyst, when necessary, to resolve. You can help achieve this goal if you can: Manage customer and carrier master data in SAP, including new account setup, maintenance, updates, deletions, loading privileges, and account inactivations to ensure accurate and uninterrupted business operations. Maintain customer loading and terminal access data across SAP and related systems, including verification of carrier insurance, carrier access agreements, and loading authorizations. Investigate, resolve, and communicate billing, loading, account, and data-related issues with customers, carriers, terminal personnel, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including Sales, Credit, Billing, Tax, Product Supply & Distribution, and Accounting, to research issues, resolve discrepancies, and support operational processes. Monitor data integrity and system accuracy by reviewing error reports, correcting data inconsistencies, and ensuring continuous processing and invoicing through SAP. Maintain compliance and documentation requirements by retaining electronic records, processing requests in accordance with company policies, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and established guidelines. Support customer service and operational excellence initiatives by managing customer inquiries, administering website portal access, preparing management reports, escalating complex issues, and participating in process improvement activities. This position is salaried nonexempt status, which means you are eligible for overtime pay.
