Pay Rate:

$25 - $27/hour Key Responsibilities Support automation initiatives and reporting transformation efforts Assist with strategic projects and change management activities Document business requirements, operational processes, controls, and workflows Identify manual processes and support opportunities for automation and operational efficiency Coordinate project plans, action items, testing, and implementation activities Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), process documentation, and rollout communications Coordinate with Operations, Technology, Product, and Business teams Track project issues, risks, action items, and escalation items Facilitate meetings, gather requirements, and follow up on outstanding action items Provide operational support and assist with execution of strategic priorities Analyze data sources and support reporting and data quality initiatives Assist with reconciliation processes and data governance activities Communicate project updates and changes to key stakeholders Operate independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in Asset Management Operations, Wealth Management, Client Reporting, Fund Administration, or related financial services functions Strong understanding of operational processes, controls, and data flows Experience documenting business requirements and process workflows Experience supporting process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: Pivot Tables Power Query Advanced formulas Data analysis Experience with reporting automation or data visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Seismic, SmartDX, or similar platforms Ability to analyze data sources and identify opportunities for process automation Basic understanding of data governance, data quality, and reconciliation processes Strong project coordination and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work independently with limited supervision Preferred Qualifications Experience working on reporting transformation, process automation, or operational excellence initiatives Familiarity with alternative investments, fund reporting, or investor reporting processes Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools Experience coordinating change initiatives across multiple stakeholders Experience supporting UAT, implementation, and rollout activities Strong ability to identify process improvements and recommend solutions Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude What We Offer PrideGlobal and its affiliates offers eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Supplemental insurance (accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity) 401(k) retirement savings plan Life and disability insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Legal support services Pet insurance options Employee discounts with preferred vendors If you are an operations professional with a strong background in financial services, data analysis, automation, and change management, we encourage you to apply!
