Active Secret Clearance Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Requirements:

8+ years' Army, DOD, or VA Medical program/project management experience 5+ years' experience managing teams. 3+ years, strategic planning 3+ years' experience in developing military-civilian partnerships with civilian medical facilities. 3+ years Subject matter expertise in the Army medical readiness domain to include deep knowledge of Individual Critical Task Lists and Joint Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) for critical wartime specialties. (DOD or VA) 3+ years Working knowledge of medical billing and coding, ICD10 and CPT coding and mapping to Army medical readiness metrics (DOD, DHA, or VA) 4+ years Understanding of Army enterprise analytic systems. 5+ years' Experience in preparing Information Papers, EXSUMs, CONOPS, OPORDs etc. 5+ years Excellent written and oral communications with experience briefing senior executives and conducting public-speaking.

Required Systems Knowledge:

Intermediate to Pro skill level of the following systems: Microsoft Systems (Word, Excel, PP, Teams, Outlook) Adobe Acrobat Pro Enterprise Task Management Solution System (ETMS2) is the authoritative correspondence and task management system for the Department of Defense Preferred extensive knowledge and use of the following systems: SharePoint MODS
