Electromagnetic Operations and Warfare Analyst Ethic Tech, LLC - 4.3 Norfolk, VA Job Details Full-time $108,000 - $110,000 a year 10 hours ago Qualifications Electronic warfare System development Project leadership Full Job Description Position Summary Ethic Tech, LLC is seeking an Electromagnetic Operations and Warfare Analyst who will support the development of NATO electromagnetic-operations and electromagnetic-warfare capabilities across the
DOTMLPFI
lines of development. The role includes developing and tracing capability, operational, system, and interoperability requirements; reviewing EMO/EW policies, doctrine, and concepts of operation; and helping synchronize capability-development activities. The analyst will also support program leadership, coordinate with stakeholders from strategic through tactical levels and with NATO agencies, maintain program status information, organize workshops, and capture lessons and best practices. Required Qualifications Master's degree, or a comparable national academic or military-college qualification, in Engineering, Information Systems, Aeronautics, Operations Research, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; or a bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of relevant experience. Minimum of three (3) years within the past ten years briefing senior leaders or decision-makers. Minimum of five (5) years within the past twelve years of operational EMO/EW knowledge at the tactical or joint level, gained in a military or civilian role. Minimum of two (2) years within the past ten years of program or project management experience in a complex environment focused on military capability development. Minimum of two (2) years within the past ten years working in a multinational organization or NATO command or force structure, with familiarity with NATO agencies' roles in system development. Clearance and Licenses Requirements U.S. Citizenship required. An active NATO or national Secret clearance or higher. Must have a valid passport from a NATO member nation without travel restrictions to NATO nations. Travel Requirements Ability to work on-site in Norfolk, Virginia, and travel to meetings and conferences for up to 40 days per year.
