Operations and Investment Reporting Assistant

Based in Reston, Virginia, we are a national financial planning and investment advisory firm serving high net worth individuals, endowments, and Fortune 500 corporate sponsored financial planning clients. We are seeking a strong Operations and Investment Reporting Assistant who will work collaboratively with members of both the Reporting and Operations Departments on daily tasks to include the following:

Operations:

Daily digital document filing. Assist with client requests for cash transactions. Assist with daily trading and reconciliation. Assist with special projects as necessary.

Reporting:

Manual account data entry. Producing monthly, quarterly and on-demand reports for clients and internal use. Maintenance and reconciliation of the firm's portfolio reporting software system (Black Diamond).

Skills and qualifications:

Attention to detail with strong analytical and technical skills. Basic understanding of investment securities and terminology. Some college preferred.
