This role is responsible for driving process improvements, increasing productivity, reducing waste, and implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to improve quality, efficiency, safety, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities Lead continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business goals. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce costs, and eliminate waste. Facilitate Kaizen events, process improvement workshops, and root cause analysis. Apply Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement sustainable improvements. Train and mentor employees on continuous improvement tools and best practices. Partner with production teams to implement process changes and improve workflows. Develop and monitor KPIs to measure operational performance. Present project updates and recommendations to leadership. Support multiple shifts as needed to ensure successful implementation of improvement initiatives. Promote a culture of safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, and Change Management. Demonstrated success leading process improvement projects with measurable results. Strong analytical, leadership, communication, facilitation, and project management skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is preferred. Experience in fabrication, industrial manufacturing, or engineer-to-order environments is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments. Ability to regularly walk the production floor. Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to support multiple shifts and flexible hours as needed.
