Operations Analyst Uline Inc., a leading North American distributor in wholesale trade, seeks an Operations Analyst to support our fast-paced, performance-driven distribution environment. In this role, you'll analyze operational data, develop reports, and identify process improvements across warehouse and logistics operations. Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, improve accuracy and throughput, and support capacity planning and forecasting. Responsibilities Analyze operational, warehouse, and distribution data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership. Support process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and throughput. Collaborate with operations, logistics, and inventory teams to solve problems and streamline workflows. Document processes, create standard operating procedures, and support implementation of best practices. Assist with forecasting, capacity planning, and labor utilization analysis. Monitor KPIs and service levels, providing recommendations to meet performance targets. Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Validate data quality and ensure accuracy of operational reporting. Prepare presentations and summaries for management decision-making.
